- All customers automatically receive the opportunity to review our products and webshop via an email within 2 weeks after purchase. Customers can then leave a review and give a review score in stars. The number of stars can be seen as a number (1 to 5).
- Customer service will check the reviews within 30 days and place them on the website or contact the customer.
- We reserve the right to withhold reviews that are not product related. All reviews that are relevant to other customers, regardless of score, will be posted. In rare cases when a negative review is not posted, we will contact the customer by email to give feedback on the review and possibly advice. We want every customer to be satisfied!
- We cannot edit customer reviews and customers cannot change their review afterwards.
- Customer service checks every review that is placed in the webshop. This check is done via an automated system, which allows us to see which customer has left the review. This prevents fake reviews.
- Roadskin also receives reviews of articles sent to influencers, journalists and prize winners. We will mention this in the review as being sponsored.
- We will, of course, not post reviews that contain racist comments, are false or misleading, or contain inappropriate language.
- Of course we hope that customers will also contact us if they are not satisfied! We will respond to the email within 2 business days.
